Less Concrete, More Sustainability
The house stands as a testament to sustainable living. Instead of relying heavily on concrete, Santhilal opted for nature-friendly building materials. The result? A home that harmonizes with its surroundings while minimizing its ecological footprint.

The roof, paved with clay tiles, pays homage to Kerala’s architectural heritage. These tiles not only provide excellent insulation but also add a rustic charm to the house.The walls, crafted from laterite stone, evoke a sense of timelessness. Their earthy hues blend effortlessly with the landscape, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.
