Nisar’s new contemporary house at Malappuram, Kerala, has been grabbing attention for its unique elevation.The texture work on the wall and brick jalli design on the balcony are the highlight of the elevation.Meanwhile,lots of natural light and breeze enter the house through the open window. 

The architect designed this unique house in Malappuram, which spans 1954 sq ft and includes a carport, a sit-out, living and dining areas, and two bedrooms on the ground floor.Meanwhile,there are two bedrooms, an upper living area, and an open terrace on the upper floor. Interestingly,the dining space is designed at double height.As a result the area look spacious and also allows excellent ventilation inside the house.. 

The family living area is near the dining space. Customized furniture furnishes the living area.The modern kitchen has a breakfast counter too. Meanwhile,this small breakfast counter is placed between the kitchen and work area. The cabinets, are done in aluminium fabrication. Also,they have arranged lots of storage spaces in it.The kitchen counter top is paved with nano-white granite.

The builders paved the ground floor inside the house with marble, prioritizing maximum air circulation for the comfort of the family.The simple and beautiful stair case features a combination of timber, wood, and iron. In addition lapotra granite has been using  for stair case steps.The wash area too has been arranged under the stair area to save space. Additionally maintaining such a houses not hassle.They completed the construction of this house, including the structure and furnishing, on a budget of Rs 36 lakh.

And finally the family is very happy that the house looks exactly as they had imagined.
